We have been getting pounded with rain, got some more today. I got the old DT400 out and rode a few of the back roads, some water but not bad.

Temperatures are unreal for this time of year. I dont see any issue with the rain, might want to reroute around a few places if the water is too high, but there are pleanty of roads where you can change direction. The mud in North Central OK, just West of I-35 might be a killer.

If you need help in the Tulsa area, let me know, PM me if you want

I looked at your TAT pics, great job. Does this look familiar? I chuckled when I saw it. I did parts of the TAT to CO in Sept. I called this place "Kudzu Valley."

Reanimating the dead to let you know the 2007 vintage TAT run has finally made it into this month's (May 2010) issue of Motorcyclist magazine. Vinnie the snake looms large in the story, like he does in real life.

No cracks about the speed of old media.

Awesome ride I really dig those old 2 stroke Yamahas, the first bike I ever rode that wasn't a mini-bike was a '74 GT-80 so I'll always have a soft spot for these old bikes.

I just stumbled across this article, congrats on getting featured!

Late last year I was thinking to myself "I wonder if anyone's done the TAT, on a vintage bike?" Well I guess it's been done by several guys now, so much for an original idea on my part One of these days I'm going to take a week or 2 off and do a big chunk of it.
