Which way from Mountain Home
Perhaps west on hwy. 62 to Yellville, then northwest on highway 14 to highway 125. North on 125 to Peel Ferry over Bull Shoals Lake. Then north to highway 160. Ferry ride is short but free.

Yup, that was me! Apparently I blew a stop sign that I didn't see at all. I gave him my sob story, shivered a little bit, and they let me go. I mean, I really didn't see the sign, I really was cold, and my grandfather really did pass right before thanksgiving so I didn't lie, just played up the theatrics a bit. I was very thankful

It's a haul for most of you, or maybe a good Saturday destination, but Mega Motorsports in West Plains has a Super Tenere demo bike. Maybe there are lots of them, but I was pretty stoked to get some seat time on it. WOW! Great machine.
Now if I can just get a bike or two sold off, and maybe win that powerball thing... |

I was in Cape today.
Grassroots has a brand new Triumph Adventure (or whatever the Triumph GS type bike is.) Someone had bought it, then changed their mind and bought a new GS Adventure. The Triumph is a nice looking bike. I think it's got 2,000 miles on it. If you're looking...

Let's ride!
Looks like a beautiful weekend heading this way. Anyone want to try to get a overnight camp and ride? Maybe Loggers lake?

Bike weather for sure, hope everyone gets some seat time. Personally, I'm stuck in the Capri-sun factory over the weekend. Thirsty kids need that stuff, right.

That's funny, my buddy works up there @ the Capri-Sun factory, and he is an ADVRider guy too. However, he's off this weekend, so maybe we can get in some seat time.

Loggers Lake it is I'm taking off pretty quick (Friday Morning)--------will head to Missouri. May camp tonight at the old Trail Of Tears BMW rally site---it's a beautiful remote campground on the Castor River. You can put a tent right at the side of the river if you like and let the river put you to sleep. It's here: N37° 14.656' W90° 12.156' Or---about 12 miles West of Marble Hill turn South on Y. Just a little bit down the road on your right--can't miss it. Then on to Loggers Lake to camp Saturday. Lot's of neat stuff around there----Klepzig Mill---Rocky Falls--Sunklands--Devils Well--Turner Natural Bridge----lot's of springs---------and I've never been to that old Hospital ruins on the Current river---I've seen pictures of it------but that don't count-------I want to go there------jillions of water crossings around there. On the way home might run the tram trail along the Current river--------I haven't done that in years-----about put the KLR under water the last time I was thru there. My Spot http://share.findmespot.com/shared/f...5mK9Cd0uzueJBJ Cellphone----do you have to turn it on for it to work ????? 618-246-4821 I'll think I'll be on my 1942 KLR Camping at loggers lake.

Wish I could be there. Much better riding weather, than hunting..
I made a commitment a month ago to hunt this weekend.. ![]() It's too hot to hunt. Oh well, if I let my brother down, it'll be the end of the world.. ![]() I'll be thinking about you guys. Have fun, ride safe!
