Louis,

Danke! Which racks did these start as? Your workmanship is superb and I want to copy it. Also very interested in the boxes and top rack you have fabbed up.

I guess what I'm asking is full parts list, detailed instructions, and an apprenticeship under your tutelage

I already love the Kriegas and have a couple of Ortleibs laying around.

Now where's my credit card.....

well it is time to finally post a pic or two. Finally figured out the process. The second pic is an onboard air compressor I stole the idea from Big Dom

That pic above of the onboard air compressor connector and gauge is off my bike-not yours??? Where did you grab it? I am though flattered if you have copied my mod.

Does it matter? It's not an avatar.

OK - sorted, no worries. I would suggest a waterprooof switch if you can get one (the one on mine is just a simple toggle like yours but with a rubber cover. There are obvioulsy other options from marine and microlight dealers. Are you happy with how it works? I really consider it one of best mods.
PS I am sitting with a broken and pinned rh wrist (slow off but bad angle of fall) so appreciate the patience you had!

It is actually a waterproof marine switch. All the internals are sealed. As per your advice last year. Hope you heal well. Cheers Lee

Great, thanks 4 the wishes - been reading up and sounds like I got a way to go on the wrist before back on the scoot.

How much oil remains in your transmission? You could open the fill plug to check.
