That rear tyre is Mitas C-02 (130/80-17). It is made in Czech Republic, and it is road legal. The mileage is very good - for off road tyre.

I also use the Mitas E09 which is slightly less aggressive than the C02 and still has good road manners - excellent choice for the HP2 IMHO.

I hate these fuck threads, because it is impossible to search for a specific item.

But can somebody tell me or show me the dimensions for a paddock stand for the HP? What is needed and how easy or difficult is it to make one.

If you look at the stand i have made for mine in the above photo it may give you a idea. Piss easy to make or you can puschase from wunderlich in usa. $320.00 aud.

All you need is some pipe that is the right dia, less 5mm. A exhaust clamp 50mm. Welder. Some rubber material 4mm thick to rap around the section of the pipe that goes through the hub.
Easy

Havn't had any work done to the motor, except for the rev limiter has been raised by bmw. Taller gearing and 18" rim has helped in gaining the speed. For this kind of race it was to tall so for next year i will change it to a lower gear ratio so it only pulls around 180-190. This in turn will up the rpm in all gears so i won't have to lug through the woops. At the moment it pulls 175-180 in 4th. Pinned. To fast in to lower gear for the woops. It was a fight.

Wunderlich Power Controller vs DynoJet Power Commander

Wunderlich Power Controller vs DynoJet Power Commander
Has anyone installed one of these on their HP2? Is one better then the other. Did you see any improvements? I contacted DynoJet and they said they don't support the HP2 because they have never tested one and have no custom MAPS for them.

My HP2 has Remus exhaust and Foam air filter. It tends to backfire on deceleration and I am hoping this would fix that.
I have done some searching but don't find much on the HP2. Any info would be helpful.
Cheers
Drew

Popping on deceleration means lean running. The booster plug fixed most of that for me on my MM. Cheap fix.
