Thx MikeV! Yes we are very lucky in Poland to have a lot of cool places not far from home. The beautifull Ukraine, Romania is just behind the door and the Caucas is just few days away. Renting bikes is not very popular and I know of only one bike renting place:
http://www.rental-motorcycle.com/eur...aw_rental.html

If you could have some more time like 4 weeks maybe it would be better to buy an old bike like Yamha Tenere for 1500Euro, ride arround Poland/Ukraine/Romania and sell it without much lost.

Sounds great!
When looking for a used bike, is there a web site you would recommend, or would it be better to look in local newspapers once I arrive?
Thanks again!

Buy the video- you will not be disappointed. It is very well done and entertaining. I have watched it at least 50 times and always enjoy it. Makes me want to go there is the only problem- I need more money!!!
