Measureing handle bar "sweep"
Just looking for a set of bars. Where is the sweep measured from? Am I right in thinking its the amount the bars are bent backward? Would it be measured from the part in the middle (where they clamp) To the bar ends? Looking down from above. Is this also known as the bend? Or is that the sweep and the rise? Thanks

Click on Applications for a diagram of sweep, height, and rise. I thought height and rise were the same but I guess not... Dan |

correct.
keep in mind that if you compare measurements from different companies ... they don't all measure their bars the same. Some use different terminology too. |
