Raber's in San Jose, CA. You can get a new one or a used one out of the used parts attic. There was a guy that had Brit parts in Washington, can't remember the name.

The factory parts book ,not to be confused with the service manual ,will tell you the type of thread and pitch for every bolt/screw on the bike .
