Fender rack wanted

Hi,
I am looking for something to maybe hang some small bags on and tie my lunch box down to. I have seen the little racks on the 625s and it looks to be what I am looking for. $100.00 is out of the question as I'd make one before I paid that price. Would any of you have anything like this little rack resonably priced?
