I found it very useful in a subtle kind of way. The first time I watched the whole thing in one sitting and felt a little underwhelmed. Like "yeah, balance, throttle control, practice doing little figure eights, yada yada".

But then I started watching it again and again, one section at a time, and found that if I paid close attention, it was full of details that are critical (and were often missing in my riding). Ultimately I think that watching one section at a time and then going out and doing EXACTLY that drill would be the ideal scenario. At least till Neduro comes around for a clinic

Bottom line: hightly recommended.
(interpret as: my offroad riding still sucks but I learned a lot)
