Doesn't get any better than this...until she can ride her own bike with me..

She was still laughing about the look on the Harley riders double take when she waved...

Yep (R6 girl) she's an extreme over-achiever. I'm very proud! She's my daughter.

This is my youngest daughter on an overnight trip for her 8th birthday. She wanted to ride the dragon so I gladly obliged.

My 12 y.o. daughter's first ride. She was scared of riding, but after 30 minutes, her face says it all. Took her to a Subway sandwich shop (her favorite) as a reward.

Now she wants me to think of a more exciting place to go.

Talking A Long Time Coming/A Day I've Been Dreaming Of

For those of you that have been following this thread, we had some dark days when my daughter was born. I'm glad to say things have finally started to turn around for us and after the next neurologist's visit I think the dark days will be behind us and we can being life as a "normal" family. During all of this I've been searching for a GSPD and have finally found one, and purchased it off of another inmate here. The bike arrived this past Wednesday and I was finally able to take a picture of my daughter with a bike, no medical devices attached/minimal medical precautions. Life is good!

I recently took my 9 year old for her first ride - and I've created a monster! She asks me every day to go riding. I thought she might be scared at first, but she wasn't at all. She's a great pillion. She holds the grabs rails and I don't even know she's back there.
