Bad bolt on the battery...main wire was slipping just enough...only some time...was the wierdest thing...would start fine...then I guess the driving must have slipped it just enough that when I shut it off...it wouldn't start again...and I wiggeled every friggin wire on that bike...just didn't notice the bad bolt...

John at Capitol BMW is awesome!! No service fee and very, very helpful!

All better....now I just need the temperature to drop about 15 degrees outside(heck...anything is better than 102F weeks) and I'll be really happy

Ahh well, it happens. Glad you're up and running again.

My last 'fun experience' on my F was when the gas lock decided to get 'sticky.' Managed to get it open, and spray myself with gas in the process..not quite sure how, I must've been trying hard :-)

You ever get that F of yours dirty?

I went for a ride this weekend. Must remember to not brake with front part of my foot, or put my foot down on the right side, but..I can ride again, woo hoo!

Can't ride a F650 with a dress or skirt on. Well...guess I could but not exactly the "church" look.

And yes....I know I need to ride more....

yeah I busting your chops there, but in a joking manner. But I bet you would look pretty good in a skirt on the "F" and if it hiked up a bit, that might be ok too. But then ATGATT is the way to go.

I may not be able to meet everyone this time. Found out today that my dad is driving from ATL area to PGH next weekend and is going to stop in to visit for a day. If he comes Monday I will be there with bells on, if Sunday then everyone will have to have fun without me.
