Nice pics Ben. I'll get mine loaded as soon as I unload the bikes, which will probably be next week or something.

Sounds like we need two desert trips in the near future.

I guess Ransburg area, we could camp at the football field again, kind of a long drive for a day ride I know. We need to set another one up for Jan when you can make it. This dez ride just won't be the same.

Too early for desert for me

My Dr. suggested I let the back heal a couple more months before falling off a dirt bike. Rifle 50 and I took a long pavement ride last Friday almost to Santa Margarita, back up through Parkfield and back roads through Coalinga. Wore out my back tire on the ZZR, had to ride home from Coalinga on the steel belts at no more than 60 mph. A 385 mile day, was a little sore after but not feeling bad the next day. Ordered a new Michelin Road Pilot II, will be here Friday then will have installed early next week. Old tire was a Dunlop Sportmax, very grippy but didn't last long, Carl says the Michelin works well and will last much longer.

Friday Ride before the rain comes

Due to a 70% chance of rain this coming Saturday & a high temp of 54 I've come to the conclusion that I am not riding that day. Anybody up for a ride on Friday?

JP
