Due to a 70% chance of rain this coming Saturday & a high temp of 54 I've come to the conclusion that I am not riding that day.
Who are you and what have you done with justin?

Gotta work Friday, but I'll be watching the weather over the weekend, looking for a window... rode 2 hours thru freezing rain to get home on our last ride.

Randsburg ride 12/10-12 Central Valley Dual SportADV

Hey all, I just posted a new thread for the Randsburg Dec. 10th-12th ride, anyone who wants to go can sign up there. I will be updating the IN list on the first post. I've never been to Randsburg so I'm open to ideas on camping location, etc. Come on out and help make this a great ride!

Tomorrow

Going to be riding some low altitude dirt tomorrow, Fresno county area foothills not too technical...........unless I can find some technical stuff!

Probably leave between 9 & 10am, and most likely back before dark. If anyone else wants to go, post up & I'll figure out a meeting spot. Thanks

JP

I see there isnt much response to my post about a good dirt loop. So I will ask again-is this gonna be a dual sport ride or a dirt ride?

Hey Mike, This ride will be whatever we want it to be, there will be plenty of dirt loops for sure. It is not a sightseeing tour! Like you said, there hasn't been much response yet, hopefully we will get some more riders lined up.

I don't know about KTM, but the 1X stays with JCR Honda for another year. Ouch!

So wish I could go...

JP - Just moved my mom into her new house. Was supposed to be an all weekend thing, but got 75% done last night... If I finish tonight who knows maybe I will show up. Make sure you post meet n greet location and time and don't wait up for me.

When you say technical - do you mean less technical then the last time I drug ben through the ringer or more technical... heheh.

~

Michael

KTM entered a bike in the baja 1000, it made it 250 miles before the engine blew. A Honda team won it again for the 14th time in a row. That's what that meant. Ride Red!

Macau GP

For the roadracers out there:
American (and king of Willow Springs) Jeremy Toye finished on the podium at the 44th Macau Invitational. That's a real roadrace run on public streets with no run-off.
Cheers-
Tom
