I mentioned this bike a few weeks ago. 2002 KTM 400 EXE bored to 450 by Thumper. This bike is in great shape and has a ton of extras: $3600
Electric start
All new original plastics and seat boxed
stainless filters
enduro speedo
carbon fiber guards
pro circuit exhaust
aux cooling fan
wave rotors, new pads
adj triple clamp
suspention revalve front and rear
1 ride on tires

It's perfect, he's just has the fever for a new bike. He takes great care of his stuff.
Sorry about the pic quality, but the bike looks like new.

OH very nice machine.

I sure wouldn't mind havin' it. But alas, a new truck (to haul the bikes I currently have) and a broken knee are holding that dream back... but the pic is sure purdy.

Next week huh? Midweek would work and I can request time off today or tomorrow. All tarmac? No more offroad for the FZ1 for awhile! Call me when you get a chance.

How's the knee healing up? I hope it's going well.

By the way that bike has heated grips too.

Are you going to ride the 1200. Should be fun on a muddy singletrack. He can't come, he works Saturdays.

Jose Basin Closed Until April 30?

Hey Steve, thanks for the call this week. Had a great time riding at Ocotillo Wells, Superstition Mountain and Glamis with Jimmy and Jack this week. I see from the previous posts your planning a ride at Jose Basin for tomorrow. From my memory, Jose Basin is closed from Dec 1 - April 30. Has anyone been out there to verify that it is open?

Open gate = Open Trails

I stopped by Fresno BMW yesterday...nice bike Lane...frame and front tire on the stand and the rest of your X-Challenge was in pieces all over the place. Getting a tune up, huh? Tanner says they're selling Huskys now and get their first shipment this month. Hmmm, is it time for a new fuel injected street legal enduro 250 race bike? Tempting.
