Destined to be forever known as justins brother at this point. Haha... Tell brian to git on advrider so he can experience the ridicule and imbarrassment first hand. Haha. Tell him to take it easy on them golden boys this weekend, the outer edge doesnt provide a lot of warning before you find sidewall.

If the meet spot is in town I might be able to show up with a starbux in my new orange coffee cup holder.

Glad to see the mudpig/Montibank DR stay in the family.

New bikes for everyone! After my trusty husky let me down in Death Valley due to fuel range issues, I did a BYOB Beta, 520 RS coming to a home near you soon!

Anybody need a TE449? Great bike, Shit mileage and no way to fix it.

Congrats! I was just drooling on those BYOB Beta's last night and man those are nice bikes! I wanted to pull the trigger on one but still want to try and get my CRF plated first, if not here in AZ if needed.

What kind of range did you get on the 449? No safari tanks available?

Im from AZ, easy to plate there. last a long time here IF you stay off the road.

I get 35 a gallon so about 70 if I'm nice. I have the only add on tank that fits for an additional .7 gallon. Safari has one that is almost a grand and you loose half the seat. IMS is coming out with a trick one but its 5.5 gallons! Way too big. I had a bunch of MSR bottles strapped to the ass end for Death Valley, made it impossible to move around on the bike.

But your ride home should all but make up for it! Once the Tiger gets out of the shop we need to do some exploring.

Sitting at amtrak waiting for my bus to depart now to go git it.

Should be a decent sized group for riding Saturday. Get that carb cleaned and get to it!

I'm really itching for something more technical, but since my brother doesnt have much dirt experience on a heavy bike with no knobby's I think I'm going to have to take it easy on him.......for at least 1 ride....

I have an interesting route to Blackrock Reservoir in mind

Let's meet at Humphrey's station on Tollhouse rd. @ 10am tomorrow

.....bring food, there is no place to stop for lunch in the area

JP
