I have no reason to check mine......as she is running like a top. I rode the bike, after a fly and buy, from Sierra Vista, AZ to Colorado Springs and averaged 41mpg, with a great throttle response all through the RPM's.

This thread has made me curious as heck.....to what's in my carb.

The highest I have taken her so far is 9,600 feet, but she ran great.

Next week I am pulling the tanks and I will have to see what's in the carb and will report back.

I might need to try this. Pretty sure I have a 150 Jet. I will report back.

Ok, just finished re-jetting the beast. Took me about 2 hours to swap the main jets. After getting it all buttoned up I took it for a ride around town for about an hour. Success! Kit runs wonderfully!

So here is my final setup:

MJ 148/152
LJ 42
IAJ 68
Needle 3 (middle)
Fuel screw 2
No SAS or canister
Akros
Per filter
Paper filter

I'm excited to see how the fuel mileage turn out. The bike also sounds much better. Much more crisp sound and throttle.

Nice!

The 150/155 set up came from the fact that you could just move the stock front jet to the rear (155/160) and just buy a new front jet.

Head2Wind put together a spreadsheet of 950 setups a couple years ago. I'll see if I can dig it up. No idea if he still maintains it.
