Now we're talking.

Now bhb just needs to get off his arse and post up!

(you must understand, I've been hearing about this ride since last winter from bhb and now I demand results!)

I'm pretty sure it's gangrene from the resultant frostbite. The expression on my face is the "Geeee" part of "Geeeezus, it's frickin' cold out here!"

Great ride report--I'm loving it. My buddy and I head out this Friday on nearly the same exact trip except we plan on going up the east side of WA and then chilliwack to lilloet to avoid the Whistler construction.

I'll buy you a beer when I get back.

Started talking to my boss - buttering him up for this trip next year..... you *are* going again next year, right?

Mrs. Wolf will be jealous, but encouraging - as always. I am scraping my virgin trip to Laguna Seca for this next year..... photos are just all the more encouraging. Rain, ravens and all - I'll.

(You are going again, right?)

And I'll take that beer! Yeah!
I'm jealous, I want so bad to do it again. Be prepared for sensory overload. No matter what, the Top of the World Highway must be done!
Good luck and have a good ride!

Laguna Seca.. bah. It's hot and crowded. You'll drink expensive beer and get sleepy and take a nap and miss it all. Forget it, you're making the right choice.
Oh yeah, I'm going again!

Okay, okay Brad--- have some patience!

I've been sifting through my 1600+ photos for the past couple of days and plugging in many killer panorama shots into a downloaded temp copy of Photoshop CS3. That tool is sweet.

Originally I had planned to ride the Campbell Highway from Watson Lake up to Carmacks and then North to Dawson City on the Klondike Loop over the Top of the World highway. Since we detoured to Whitehorse for Arno's repairs, we took the pavement north to Dawson City and the Top of the World Highway.

Did you get a pic of the ancestor hitching the ride?
See, now that's even funnier. The image of nice guy Eric trying to look mad.

No pic of the crow- we were trying to get through Hell's Canyon before total darkness (an utter and complete failure, BTW) so I just pulled it off and flung it without stopping - of course a mile later I had to stop to put my mirror back on because it was dangling from hot pink utility twine (my cheap mirror retainer. Pink is the only twine they had for laying out concrete forms. I swear.).

I didn't get a pic then because I was in a hurry and I would have had to take my gloves off, and well, because I flat out suck.

Here's the dried blood the next day. I know, it doesn't cut it. I was on a road bike, please lower your expectations accordingly.

North to Dawson City from Whitehorse:

North of this gas stop I convinced Drrags to ride my KTM950. It's my all time favorite bike and I'm always trying to convince people to check it out.

After 30 KM, my feet were all but numb on Drrags KTM640, and when I tried standing on the pegs--it was like being on a jackhammer! I must be getting old...

I had to get back on that smooth LC8.....

I did not think Drrags wanted to get back on that beast

This is Pelly Junction, where I bought my favorite hat. I finally lost it at the last gas station of the trip. Grrr...

Hay DrRags, I notice you didn't mention a Batman costume in your list, or did you leave that at home to make room for the doll?

Batman Rides Again! I wonder what other incriminating photos might be lingering in DrRags closet? Hmmm.

This is a great thread dude. I still want to see the pics of this Yeti you tagged.
