Damn, but don't that Buffalo look wicked! Before yer done, I'd suggest getting rid of the CV carbs for slide-throttle Mikuni's, and 'float' the rear brake to eliminate chatter. You can use an early GS-750 rear hub to swap the drum for a disc and caliper. You'll love the difference. Might also consider letting Woody's Wheel Works do a 'Superlace' and seal the rims for tubeless tires.
