picked up this one today. didn't meet reserve on ebay and the seller lived about five miles from me. new crank bearings (where were apparently like finding the holy grail), crank seals, case mod to avoid oil starvation in gearbox, new top end, gs (suzuki) front end front end with new fork seals and steering stem bearings and steering stabilizer, gs rear wheel and some other cool stuff. nice black paint, perfect seat, all electrics work. one or two kick starter. need some period chrome fenders and the chambers unwrapped. $1100.00. couldn't build it for that.

What? You must need to get out more, we've got TONS of beautiful roads out here! Most of them have a few more trees, but still!

We have a lot of beautiful roads, but that one looks like you would loft the front end every 200 feet, and set it down just in time for the next corner, AND do so fairly safely. I've never seen roads like that here, however, I do need to get out more, that is for sure!

Oh that's not my bike,it's an associates out west. He's east of 'Frisco. Where that photo was taken I've no clue.

I live in West Virginia. We have roads like this.

I've always really enjoyed Ca. route 199, and 299 from I-5 to 101. Lots of curves, up into the mountains, all the way down to the beach, and they take several hours from end to end!

Sorry, but there is no place you can see more than about 2 corners at a time, just repeat this pic about 100 times and you get an idea what Mullholland Drive is like.
