I was committed to the MOA thing and couldn't add in another week or so of travel. And, to be blunt, I thought the first Ouray was just ok compared to the fun at Hope Valley. Too many people. PM me if you're really interested for my thoughts after being involved in this sort of thing three times. There are a lot of "accommodations" that need to be made well beyond what you mention to make it really memorable. But if you build it, they will come...

This place would be pretty cool. Central to Southern Utah at the Mystic Hot Springs in Monroe... the Paiute ATV trails, Zion, Bryce, Capitol Reef Parks are all near by.

Sorry... can't be in charge of such an event, student life is to hectic.
