Thumb GPS questions answered!

Check out this link for answers to lots of questions about gps and mapping. I am not affiliated with the web site and don't know if they are good to deal with or not, just some good info available that's all.

BTW I just bought a Garmin MAP60CX brand new from a US ebay auction for US $300 landed in Australia, bargain! From what I have read, it really makes no difference if you don't have the Aussie basemap as it is VERY light on detail anyway, so the free Tracks4Australia software is the go in the bush (what I need) and MetroGuide or CityNavigator for the city and major towns. (if you need them)
