Same size: Savanna II vs. Rally2 Pro?
I tried on a Rallye 2 Pro in the shop a few weeks back, and the 60 Euro was a good fit, with all liners in.
Surprisingly, my Aeroflow 3 is also a size 60 Euro and fits great (thank you Sieera BMW for a good guess on the phone).
Any idea whether I cann expect a 60 Euro Savanna II to fit as well? BMW has me buffaloed on their sizing strategy.
It's unfortunate that the local shops carry so little BMW apparel. One has ZERO--they've gone completely to Rev'It (fine for shrimp-sized, sullen, three-day-bearded Europeans*) and Triumph (fine for, I dunno, looking cool, I guess). The other shop has a minimal selection of BMW apparel, but they are also carrying more Rev'it, and Olympia. I was there in May trying to get some summer clothes. Did they carry any? Pfeh! Rev'it for shrimps. Aeroflows? Venting machines? Nope and nope. Kind of sad.
I'd like to buy locally, but they make it kind of tough.
*Self-indulgent pejoratives aside, I did find a pair of Rev'it Mistral pants (black, the freaking Euro morons--it's summer, it's hot!) that fit, at the first place. Other than the moronic color, these pants are great. Long-rise, failrly high-waisted, cool (not shorts-cool, but cool), and with a rather brilliant continuous piece of material behind the fly to keep you dry when you have the liners in. But seriously, most Rev'it stuff is for the heroin chic crowd.
