OK it was a plastic 'Airfix' kit model,I confess. This was taken at RAF Henlow,near Luton (Northwest of London,England).  SSSSS,was your picture taken at RAF Northolt by any chance? |

Floridia Air museum shot
That Floridia Air Museum shot back on page 2 has a one-off plane in the shot. It is the only jet aircraft to be equipped with water skis. The Russian had several planes that could take off and land on really smooth water, but this is the only remaining American one. They built 2 or 3 and this survives on static display in Central Fla.
