I think that is a 150 with a tailwheel STC.

The struts are wrong for a 120 /140, and the side window looks like a 2 place. It could be a 140A with the single strut.

Or I could be completely wrong and it is a 170(a).
It's hard to tell without seeing the tail, or a better side view.
