If I can get my sh1y fixed, I'll ride Friday after 1 pm or so. Need to get to the top for a sunset. Power up!
Also, I was up in the Rohwer/Valley area Sunday and rode a bit on the fire road. I didn't see any of you guys both times I went by stage 1. No matter, I had things to do up in the valley, just wanted to stop by with the medic supplies in case anyone needed tending :)

Does anybody know if the gate will be open? I assume not since the Rangers are on their winter months off. If it is closed lets run south main divide to tenaja to margarita peak.

Only layed it down once last night and the second to last climb on Cadillac. Thank you guys for teaching this noob!
Ger-Micheal was out as soon as we hit the bottom of that trail. Fat Nelly's eyes glazed over when he got his belly full of that asada burrito and I knew his ride was done. I was tired, but it was so damn beautiful with the full moon and I didn't want to leave the grinch hanging, so....I didn't get home till a bit after midnight. I'm happy with this drz 400, it's losing weight piece by piece just like the Dakar. I'm not getting a KTM until I've earned and learned the right to ride one (that and I'm piss poor broke right now).

CNF sucks
That was a good ride. I must have gotten a pinch flat on the rear in Trabuco Cyn. Noticed the handling was a little off when we stopped at Cadillac. By the time I got to Cooks my big ole Suzi was wallowing all over the place. Got it to the Mobil station and made my date come pick me up! Im a bit sore from my little wipe out on the fire road. That big ole Suzi is a handful if you get her going too fast! But I love her! And she makes sweet music for me!
