Hey Mike. It's been a while...fyi I don't get to the peak until around 9:45ish. Off work at 6 (downtown L.A.), home by 7, on the road by 8, maple gate around 8:45.

Hopefully the usual suspects will also show up.

Hey new guy from corona,ca. Lookin for a guy to ride with. I have a xr600r plated with great tires but I have a small gas tank so I am still limited distance wise. Anyone want to go up Bedford canyon or try Santiago canyon road off Campbell ranch sometime? I've never been all the way up either.

Do you know how far it is? How fast do you ride? I don't want to hold you up as I'm new to dirt. I'm thinking I shouldn't even try until I get a Clark 4.0 Gallon tank. I think i can only go like 60 miles. I know I'll get crappier mileage offroad as opposed to cruising on the highway at 65.

I usually don't get out of second gear up there. Too many jeeps. There's a group meeting off Lincoln and the 91 freeway at 830.

Ever go on a ride and you are the only one smoking? You get to toms farms and you are the only one having a beer. You get to the peak and you are the only one with a beer? You ride all day but your face is the only clean face in the group? Weird day out there. But there was two cougars who could ride. I'm so stone
