Matt,
Lets just ride that shit and enjoy some refreshments/condiments along the way! Remember, its just CNF and everybody knows CNF sucks!
Plus Id really hate to see you get your ass seriously hurt in that little forest that sucks. Much less have you and/or your bike end up off the ledge on one of the more technical sections.
Good ridin with you brother!

Maybe even mount one on a zipline above the trail as it goes down we can film the whole thing from above.
Like the NFL does.
camera ready

I already have a few angles in mind to shoot

Shit, I lost my new riding buddy Matt to a bunch of hooligans!

Do yourself a favor Matt, and get some decent body armor. Over the years, I have tried everything under the sun and have been using EVS Ballistic Jersey for the last few years. Some may not agree, but I suggest going up one size for comfort and use the straps to keep stuff in place.

Crash tested. You would not have walked away from this crash. I flipped over the side of a mountain in KM back in 2011 and landed on a sharp rock. Just missed my neck. Rad Brad (Oxley) had to help me get my bike back up on the trail!

putting together a small lightweight recovery kit today.
Ballistic mentioned that some guys use a small block and tackle made for rock climbers.
Anyone found a set-up that works well?

Would anyone be interested in holding a recovery class?
For the sake of good form, I was thinking it may be beneficial to push a bike off a "safe" cliff and then hoist it out.
I can already see entertainment value as well.
