I wanted to see what the map looked like before working bacon in. I think the map is too light... I tried some other maps and didn't get far before having a melt down. try again tomorrow.

As unofficial Upper Midwest (USA) co-ordinator, it looks like we've got Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan (ChuckS - are you UP or down south?) covered. There are a couple of volunteers for Western Montana, so we'd need a gap filled in between. Bacon could go south from there and come back up or he could come across the Dakotas. Depending on timing, a trade could be made at the BMW Int'l Rallye in Gilette, WY.

I'll go through the complete thread this week or weekend and try to come up with a complete list of coverage and gaps.

I could definately pick Bacon up at the BMWMOA in Gillette, and get it to Northern Idaho. Also, it's possible that Westfest will be the week after (who the hell knows about that!) but if so, I could get Bacon there for a hand off, or just a bunch of pix, and thence to Northern Idaho. But, I bet if he (she?), makes it to WestFest there's bound to be another inmate in need of a little porker to play with. Anyway, I'd be happy to play a roll in there somewhere.

I can get the pig passed along the TN AR MS KY MO area. He needs a photo at the Graceland gates and maybe even a shot on Elvis' grave while he is here.

We need to post a map on here and get every country he visits colored pink. Maybe inside the US he needs to visit every county.

I also ride a few times a year in Taiwan, so I can get Formosa filled in piggy pink.

I love the map idea...I think the second option is best. Not only do we get more options and usability, but I see Google and Frappr as the likeliest to be around for the astonishingly long journey of this little piggy.
