Chip, River to 87 to County Line is one of my short loops when I have just an hour or so to kill. Start on Old Mill down to River and find a way to head east and then back around to Old Mill. Short run but a great ride. Watch out for the Hunting Valley Police along River.

and went right past this. I didn't have a camera to actually prove it. But I do know where it is now. I won't disclose the actual location as requested in your post. Was a good ride none the less.

I do have a camera and a phone with a camera, just didn't have either with me that day. I'll try and add a tag soon. I'm a single dad of two and my riding is very limited. I was suprised as all get out when I spotted the train!

Not Worthy of a Ride Report - but good enough for you.
OK fellow NEO flatlanders. Here is I route I just took to Salamanca NY. Weekend trip 230 miles each day. Not worthy of a full ride report - not enough pics - but good enough for you. It is a good route and there is both a state park and a casino at the end of your journey. Take your pick. I took the best of both - rode the park and slept at the Casino - Yep even won some dough at the craps table.
![]() Head East and once you get past Greenville PA the terrain changes. Get past Oil City and follow the Allegheny River and I do declare there are some big hills and twisties. ![]() Check out the golf hole mid river. Its about a 212 yard par 3. ![]() View from lunch in Tionesta PA - Great restaurant serves buffet right on the rivers edge - forgot the name of the place but plenty of bikes parked outside ![]() ![]() Great two day trip and I would encourage you to follow the Allegheny !

Chip,
Gotta hand it to you this thread has really taken off. Refreshing to see road names and places I'm familiar with having grown up in Portage County and explored much on bicycle and later on my Honda MT 125. I occasionally ride East and check out the house I grew up in and to see how much the area has changed or stayed the same.

Hey EZ, I only started this because of Bum's prodding but it would be cool to get some gatherings together like the guys down in the Clumps area do. We need to stick together here in motorcycle hell. I haven't been posting much because of a busy schedule and a broken camera but intend to post up a couple of mini ride reports when I get a chance. I have been riding the wheels off my bike this year and am totally geeked out on Adventure Riding. I am sure there are others in the area and on the forum that feel the same, we just need to get them to gather here and check in once in a while. So if you notice someone out and about or elsewhere on this site give them the heads up. I am going to head over to the Beer Engine in Lakewood 2night to catch the end of the Petit Le Mans, this would be a good get together spot or some likely coffee house or pizza parlor.
Now how about it, anyone up for a ride tomorrow?
