Gravel is a possibility but if I did that, I'd prefer to explore areas I haven't been yet.

I was hoping for off-off-road. BMoto, Oh-Pt, Slammer, Rich?

Hey Muddy is there a limit to the amount of worn out tires I can bring?, those things cost $1.25 to dispose of and I normally haul around 100 at a time to the tire recycler, so free grub and tire disposal not to mention celebrating wedded bliss sounds like a good time to me!

Yeah, I should be able to go, depending on place and time.

The wife and Kidney Stones gave me the afternoon off, so I went south on a slow bike looking for Cables Creek Campground. It's located 1/4 mile east of SR 213 on County Road 56 (Costonia Mt Tabor Road)

The Ohio Valley BSA Owners Club is holding it's spring event there on Saturday. I have heard of the event but only recently had any info.
There is a Dual Sport ride. http://www.ohiovalleybsaownersclub.c...al-sport-event

I am told that all bikes are welcome. Rich and I will be in attendance.

Participant and video of him riding the event. http://www.ohiovalleybsaownersclub.c...at-rrdsr-video

As always there is a lot of wildlife on the back roads. Today was the same with a weird twist. I thought a log was in the road, but it was a BIG beaver that hadn't make it.

It's a good time at the OVBSAOC event. I plan on being there Friday early afternoon. If I hadn't wounded my vintage DS, would be riding the Saturday ride myself.

I rode this with Slammer, Ohio-PT, Stromboni and someone else. PT and I did it on big bikes (V-strom and 950). Lots of gravel roads and a couple easy trail sections were thrown in. By far the best rookie friendly DS I've been to. The one road, if used, has around 13 creek crossings ranging from 6" to 2' deep pending the rainfall.

If I can get free from work, I may ride down.
