Kave, fantastic pictures. A true adventure ride. May I ask what type of camera/lens you used? The wide-angle shots in particular are very impressive. I had a chuckle seeing the XXXX ashtray on a cafe table: ironic that Australia has a history of exporting and marketting its worst beers overseas.

1. I use a Canon Eos350D with a Canon 10-22 lens.
2. We have Fosters, Four X and Australian Bitter in the shops :)

The roads in Sweden are great, no traffic and no police. But we lack high mountains so therefore no great views.
Norway on the other hand has plenty of good roads and high mountains:

Great report for sure...I`d be interested to know if it is possible to install rear footpegs on the SE to allow for occasional passengers??....I also agree with travelling light....I normally call into supermarkets when getting fuel to keep up to speed with cheap t shirts/socks etc.....I take it too that the GPS wiring can be done fairly easily??...The pictures were great too....I have a Nikon D40 which will take the same kind of pix....well done to all of you for taking the time to show us what it was like. If you ever want to take a scoot around the roads in the south west Pyrennes and over into Spain to the Bardenas Desert call by for a beer...

We are planning to go to see same roads in July 2009.
4 GS-s, 2 of them 2-up.
Participate Stella Alpina and then do some gravel roads in Liguria.

Your pics and video were perfect.
We are very interested in your GPS tracs. (If it is possible.)
