I haven't done anything extreme on the 990 yet, but I'd be willing to try about anything. I have been looking at maps of the Glendo area, are there some good places to ride around there?

I think I may be able to fit in a ride over the first weekend in November.

The road up to the Black Mountain fire tower is a good one, as well as the Arapahoe Trail, but I'm not real sure that's open due to the fire.

Plenty a' good riding around these parts depending on snow cover.

I still can't believe how much burned last summer, but I guess it had to go sometime.

The Black Mountain road looks sweet. I have hiked to the top of Laramie Peak. That trail could be fun... but it still looks a little rough for my skill level on the 990.

I'll let you know about next weekend. I guess it just depends on the weather, and if I get an elk this weekend

It's getting to be the off season, but I thought I'd bump the thead and see if anyone still lives in Wyoming!

I know it.is getting late in the season, but I am just getting re-settled in Cheyenne. I have a 950 ADV and am looking to get out as much as possible. Let me know when a ride is going, after I get the furniture in the house I should be good to go.

I'm in the other corner, but if you find yourself out this way sometime give me a holler.

I'm somewhere between...sorta. I'm about 150 miles up I25 from Cheyenne then about 10 miles off of I25 in the middle of nowhere. If anyone is in the Douglas to Casper area give me a shout.

See ya out there.

I'm in Saratoga now, but I probably won't get any riding in until next year.

I got my Sporty running again and took a nice ride around town and up Rogers Canyon to the end of the pavement.

Laramie Peak would be a huge challenge on a 990.

I rode it on my 300 a few years ago.

I was hoping to take a camping/riding trip thru here on the big bike this summer, but ran out of time.

FYI, if wet it's 50 miles of mud to get to the trail from any direction.

Nobody lives here anymore, but if any of us are still around, we would be racing in the 4hr Enduro on Sunday in your backyard.

Plenty of open roads, just not up in the mtns.

W-y-o

Hey Ted!

Don't be sad, we all have to make a living to enjoy our hobbies.

Drop me a line if you get up Sheridan way... Actually Big Horn now.

After buying a Saloon and restaurant you know I have no free time.

But always time for one more ride... Or a slow race.

KLR is already completely torn down for the winter, doing a lot of much needed maintenance.

Anyone going to the Border War?
