Saturday at 8am? Cool, as long as I get out of work in time I'm IN. Are we gonna do Lynx? If so let's have someone besides Sito lead his detours are treacherous. (Hi Louis )

Think I'll be in, too. I can be the entertainment! (It's healed from the last time I was "entertaining". Is the official name for that section "Sito's Shortcut?"

Don't believe so. I have Sahara's on mine. SCD is real easy, not sure about the off shoots...but I think they are similar.

Pasta has done all of the stuff we are doing with Anakee's.

it's all hard pack so you should be just fine with any DS tire. the offshoots have more elvation change (and more turns) but the road surface should be similar to scd. there's sometimes a small (50 foot wide) patch of mud at the bottom of indian canyon, but no prob. for street tires as long as you keep up your momentum. it can get a little confusing at the bottom of the offshoots... indian canyon is easy (meets up with pavement at soledad canyon road) but the other two are accessed from aliso canyon road by crossing through private property and/or a slightly more gnarly (un-maintained) powerline road.

btw, you can pass through most of the private properties off of aliso canyon (even if there's a sign saying otherwise) as long as the gate is open and you go very slow. most of the people who live down there have dirtbikes, so they understand... they just don't want people tearing through at break-neck speeds and running over their animals and children.
