First one seems to be an Anaconda -Central & South American (considered world's largest snake.

Second is being called an African Rock Python here (with story):

We get little ones all over the place here--mostly black rat snakes, and the occasional copperhead. Spent one summer in perpetual battle with a black rat snake whose favorite place to molt/eat/seek protection was under the seat of my first bike, a Yamaha Seca. I'd go out to the garage, wap the seat a couple times to make sure he wasn't in there, see him across the garage, grab a broom to start brushing him outside, he'd make a beeline for the bike, I'd keep brooming him to the door, he'd do his whole rear up peeved off thing, we repeated this process roughly weekly...

Then my cat became an indoor/outdoor cat, and we don't see nearly so many snakes in/near our house anymore .

/good kitty.
