Who would you reccomend for insurance?

Greetings All,
Quick question, which company would you reccomend for comprehensive insurance? If i'm gonna buy a new bike, i better get it insured. Rang NRMA and they want $900 !! For a crappy old Suzuki!

i use QBE for both car and bike easy to deal with, claims are processed quickly and they have competetive quotes

I bought a new CB900 F5 in 2005 and QBE gave me a 60% no claim bonus without me asking, Well impressed with that but have no claims experience to relate or compare. NB. AAMI I have had experience with and would not use again. ( they use second hand parts for repairs and fuck you around when the vehicle is written off.)

Cheers Alan

western qbe, plus, if in need of repairs make sure you go through a big and reliable bike dealer who can screw 'em back.

western QBE

I can also recommend QBE for the bike very good to deal with as well. I wouldn't touch NRMA anymore fine on simple claims but treat you like a criminal on anything big (when you need it to go smoothly).

Cheers

QBE $420 (full comp) for a DR650 garaged in Nth Syd, 60%NCB. They always come up with a competitive price and do what they say they will do.

I used to use Swann but they never did what they promised on several occasions like add accessories such as Yoshi pipes to the policy etc. Mates have given feedback that Swann didn't want to know them once they had made a claim. Also for being difficult at claim time.

Better off putting the money into security and vigilance for theft and be more aware when you ride to avoid crash damage. Insurance companies are corporations that , in the end, only care about profit margins.
