Doh! I did the same thing but finally figured it out. (I too ordered but left before my food arrived.)

What are the chances that 2 motorcycle groups would choose seperate (but close to each other) Idaho Pizza Companies to have their meeting on the same day and time!!!!

To be honest, I was surprised not to see you there. All in all the meeting was great! Even though we slapped this meeting together with short notice there were at least 20 people there! Yeah! That tells me there are several people who want to see this group continue. I'm so excited to see what we all can do.

Oh, and by the way, we gave you the latrine duty. (Rick is off the hook.)

I kept hearing people mention "the club" in the out-the-door-line so while thinking it odd I didn't recognize them, figured we were at the right place. A falconers club was also meeting there at the same time — everyone talking about "the club."

That sounds about right. Seriously, sad I missed it. I'll contribute what I can in addition to cleaning toilets.

I vote that you should be our official photographer!

I'm looking for some suggestions for winter riding in/around Boise. I'd prefer to be on single or double track. I'd also like to get out of the inversion and with the bad snow year I was hoping to find some south facing areas with some fun riding. Guessing everything over by Blacks creek to Mountain Home is off limits due to fires. Anyone ride Kings Hill area?. Any suggestions? I'm on a street legal 450 KTM.

MURPHY, Oreana or Grandview. Bunch of guys have been going out there every weekend, and some during the week. Check http://www.motoidaho.com for some like minded individuals in the valley.

The Blacks Creek area; AKA, Danskin Mountain OHV, is in its seasonal closure-it will open in early April. You can find some single and 2-track South and East of the Oreana area. Closer to Oreana there is a lot of sand wash type riding. Don't expect to see much sunshine. I was on Mud Flat road thursday and had to go all the way to the summit springs area to find any sunshine Here's a pic looking North back towards Grandview

Only real options this time of year is the Murphy Front (Renyolds Crk to Grandview) ..... Even though the snow has been light this year.... Everything above Boise is pretty much unridable. Blacks Creek is under a seasonal closure until Memorial Day .... And due to last years fires I have heard rumors that Blacks might stay closed this next season...???

I think, in short, that we all want to have the challenge. The idea is to set up a committee of people who are willing to do what it takes to organize the Challenges' sites. So, those of you who have a desire to be a part of the Challenge 2014 committee please email me -- daxm@daxm.net. Bear in mind though that this is probably the most important committee that this club has so be prepared to commit some time to it if you volunteer. :-)

There will be other committees set up for other club events and duties. I plan on meeting with Ed sometime this upcoming week to start updating the website with information relating to all this. Basically Ed is going to bring me up to speed with all that needs done to run the club and we hope to get some help from ya'll in meeting all these needs.

Watch for changes to the site sometime soon (I'll probably post something here related to the updates too).

Oh Sam, you are a mighty clever man you are. You get all this started, hand off the campout part to me now you've got Dan herding the cats from Boise. Good job.

Dan, I'm glad you are taking this on and dragging that IAMC group up to Enterprise. I always enjoy having IAMC.

Do you guys want me to save that little slice of lawn in front of the office with the view of the mountains for you? That area where you have been in the past? Sam likes that spot so he can check all the bikes out as they roll into camp.

Need you ask... Didn't I tell you we placed a claim on it.

As an Aside: I will be seeing the orthopedic specialist in April for my Hip. Soonest I could get in. I sure hope this doesn't mess up my summer riding!!!! I am working on a Montana Ghost town Loop Kinda like this but... more Ghost towns
