Transfer question
How do I transfer tracks from my GPS to computer program in order to show ELAPSED TIME and AVG. SPEED in track peroperties
Is there a special instruction for the GPS or the program? Thanks in advance for your help

If it's a Garmin and MApsource then: - switch on and connect GPSR to PC - start Mapsource - "Transfer" then "Receive from device" - tick "Tracks" - click "Receive" once compeleted go to the "Tracks" tab on the RHS of Mapsource and right click the track you are interested in. Then select "Track Properties" - that will give avg speed and elapsed time. cheers MArkie

Think that information is striped out when youy save the track. It is avalible when it is in 'active track'.
