Well, it was a small group. I guess you might say it was the elite, the Crem de la Crem if you will, of the ADV riders in the Asheville area. Good seeing you again Cuttle, Hunter, Silverwolf and SO. A request has been made for more adventurous fare next time. Any ideas??

hey gang. sorry I've been out of town and head down getting ready for a busy season of work. of course, you wouldn't have wanted us to thin down the 'crem de la crem"! Jenny and I were in Jackson for 2 weeks during the last dinner. I'm getting the serious itch for some motocamping and will most certainly be at the next gatherin.

So, what's next?

It was a good quick ride. We ran into Motomixon and he rode with us a little on the parkway.

The wife and I were headed over to Stone Ridge for dinner and got in behind you at the Enka light. Thought maybe you two were going to Papas for dinner but after you turned south on 191 I figured you were just out for a ride and headed to the BRP. Great evening for a ride.

Hellooooo?

There doesn't seem to be a lot of interest this month. I know the economy is bad, and lots of folks are going through tough times. Maybe we should postpone (or skip a month?) or look for a bargain-priced option?

I'm ok with Lake Lure as well (where exactly?), although I'd rather reserve that for when daylight is longer (so as to ride there).

Anybody want to try Ruby's BBQ again?
