Wink King Dan wants a ride report - report

So, the ex-king says I haven't done enough ride reports lately.
Truth is, it's that I've been riding so damn much, I haven't had the time to post reports. So yesterday, I said weather be damned, I'm going out with the camera (for once) so that I can give him a glimpse of how it's supposed to be done.

******First a little disclaimer: I didn't have a pen with me and was trying to keep the pace "accelerated" so I've gotta call it from memory. I apologize ahead of time for any misinformation that follows.

Unlike the king, I don't let a little foul weather Keep me from heading out. It was a typical Ohio November morning when I left the house, temp hovering somewhere above zero or so. The only question was which way to go? I've heard so much about the covered bridges up in flugistan, I decided to go see what the fuss is about. I wasn't impressed. I think this was in New Hampshire(Vermont?)

While in the area, I decided to check out some more of the history of this great country and went in search of some revolutionary war historic sites that seem to be everywhere up in these parts.

As touching as it was, It made me want to keep on a historical theme. I decided to head down south and check out some of the civil war sites they got in those parts.

Being in the south and it being Sunday and all, I figured I'd take in a nascar race, so I headed on down to daytona to see what was shaking.(or was it talladega?)

Unfortunately, it was empty today as this weeks race was being held out west. Which sounded like as good of direction as any to head, so I filled up the tank again and headed for the wild yonder.
Hoover dam.

Followed shortly for a stop in vegas for a quick show at the new belterra casino.

When I came back out, I realized the sun was starting to get a little low, and I hadn't even had lunch yet, so I jumped on the slab and headed for home.
All in all, a full great day of riding even with the horrible weather everywhere I went. I wish I knew how many miles I ended up doing, by alas, my speedo is in kilos on this bike, and I can't figure out the conversion.
And wheres your report king dano?

You'd think they would be a little better at building them by now.
