Husky 610 speedo - again

This is also poste on Thumper Talk. I changed my oil last weekend and while monkeying around with the screens I managed to get my odometer to read 095380 miles
Anyone run into this and know how to fix it? I tried the ol' disconnect the battery trick but no joy

Leave the odometer disconnected for the next 95,000 miles?

I'm ready to just rip the dash off of mine and throw it in the trash. I had one on order for a warranty replacement by MotoXotica, it came in and then he quit answering my e-mails. He was waiting on approval by Husky. Maybe they denied it and he'd rather just ignore me now? The only way we've ever communicated is by e-mail and now he doesn't answer them anymore.

Hang in there Larryboy, Dan is a busy guy. If he said he's trying to help you, he's trying.

Check your connections into the back of your speedo... I've noticed lots of my issues came from having a loose wires... I soldered it back into place and have never looked back.

You're the first I've heard about the mystery numbers showing up. Try again with MotoXotica, then you might have to get hold of a local dealer to look at it, or contact Halls.

Larry I would call Dan as I would hope there is just a problem with the email getting through...He really seems to be a stand up guy and I find it hard to believe he would ignore a customer over a warranty issue or anything for that matter

Dan
