So do you want me to take tinnman off the list? (Link here)

and you're not going to get me one

Um, received pms from tinnman and 4strokn for some but will happily add you to the list oly, if it will stop the tears.

I will give until This Sunday night and place the order with Stefan. Will send another e-mail to him to see if we can get the cheaper price as well.

Has anyone else got a black one before? Any photos of it?
What do you reckon, maybe it would look stupid with the white fenders, or maybe I could strip the paint of them too?
Interested in your opinions

Just had a bitch to Matt about this on PM, but I thought I'd share it with the rest of you:
TT Australia were prepared to do me a special order black tank, but because I created interest via this forum, they decided they needed TT Germany's permission. TT German refused permission, why?, stuffed if I know, they dont even make the tanks, Aqualine do. Very mean spirited in my view

Germans with control issues, really?

I am an American living in Germany (45 mins from TT HQ) and love thier products, but in their English version catalogs it states that anything I buy can not be re-sold to anyone in the US

That and they sell parts in the Germany for the same price as the US--a 100 Euro part includes the 19% VAT on the US website the product would cost $140 (assuming 1 euro buys $1.40 that day)- they don't remove the VAT and add sales tax.

I love TT products, while I'm in Germany...

Stickers can be employed to give the illusion of a less bulky tank

That's the rallycomputer, holds a lot more information than the OEM instrument panel.

This is what my previous owner did too. Also the same to the inner cover.

The holes on the cover you see have a very fine net/mesh glued to the back.... wonderful induction noise...

Edit... I should add that this bike has been to Morocco and had a course sponge both in the inlet (by the radiator cap) and attached to the inner cover to combat the very dry sandy conditions.

For info.
