I'm one step closer to owning a WR250R. The original owner said his check cleared for the lien pay-off. He should have the title any day now. I got tired to waiting and rode my wife's bike while she was out of town. Here's a picture of the family. Her (heavily modified) 500cc Buell Blast next to my "little" 250.

Anybody in the NE part of the state up for a ride tomorrow? We are heading toward the reever for gravel and turns.

I'm looking to ride tomorrow, MeezZah is doing a "gravel" ride, but it might involve going over waterfalls and climbing trees.

I might be better going with you and your new motorcycle and lower the chances of trying to ride my V-Strom upside down on a goat path.

Yes, I think our riding skills are similar, Mike Gorman is going too. We'd like to have you along.

8 miles from Mount Union. The bike shop I go to is right near there. Action Sports.

I just got my plates for my WR today. I rode over 100 miles since I got the bike last friday. Guess thats the perks of not living in the big city. Alan

I've put 10 miles on it riding in my cul-de-sac since 9/3.

West Point still number 1, but working on getting him medically qualified through the DOD which can be challenge and he needs some backups in case it doesn't all fall into place. Headed to Ohio Northern, deep in the NTZ this weekend. If he ends up there, I guess the bright spot would be that I would have an excuse to get some of the tags that no one goes after....

Direct appointment out of high school isn't the only way to the USMA. There's also 170 slots set asside each year for Active Duty, Army Reserve, and National Guard enlisted Soldiers and most go unfilled.
