Where is this at? I swear I have a picture of Krista and I in what looks like the same spot.

No Danville for me tomarrow. To much other crap to do.

That picture was on the top half of Sky Line Drive.

I rode to Canton today to look at a CRF450 for Kyle and then to Akron to Wholesale Cycles to try and get some better foot pegs for the Strom. No luck.

No Danville tomorrow for me either. My wife is out of town and my son (babysitter) has Boy Scout stuff to do, so I'll be home with my daughter.

Try local fab shops and scrap yards.

Go for it. Clean metal, accurate bends and cuts, a decent welder and a steady hand can make a project like this fun and yield some amazing results. I love TIG-ing aluminum.

Here ya go...
I've decided to sell my 2007 DL650. It has about 9500 miles on it and I'm asking $4500.00. Farkles include:
SW Motech Engine Guards
SW Motech Quick Release Pannier Mounts (not shown in 1st picture)
Corbin Seat w/rider backrest
Suzuki OEM Handguards
Suzuki OEM Heated Grips (Never got around to installing them)
Richland Rick Fork Brace
Givi Shield
Madstad winshield bracket
Hyde Engineering Skid Plate
You can even have the gay JC Whitney top box if you want it.

Or, for another $400 I'll include this 3-rail trailer

Both are in Van Wert, Ohio. PM if interested. Sorry for the Spam.

Thanks for the link. If I do it, they'll be riveted, not welded. I'm more interested in rigid, lockable storage than waterproof storage. Plus, I've tinkered with sheet metal and rivets before:

If Penner doesn't take this, I'm calling dibs.
