Is anything open yet? With rain every few days, do the trails have time to dry?

I received orders today for Active Duty for Training. I have to report to Ft. Gordon, Georgia next month and will be there about 4.5 months. I'm looking for ideas to get both the WR250R and the Spyder down there. I normally load the Spyder on a utility trailer like below. Does anyone see a creative way of carrying the WR?

If all else fails, I take the WR on a hitch hauler, fly back on a weekend, and ride the Spyder down. But then I'd have to reverse the process in October.

Tow the WR with the spyder?

Mala Bunny has always wanted to ride a Spyder, I could follow her on the Tiger to bring her home. It would be rough, but anything to help the troops ya know.

They don't close Dillon. There will be some muddy spots but they're usually pretty short.

How about renting a bigger uhaul trailer for the bikes?

Weld a channel on the front of the trailer from left to right and put the wr up there. Get a bigger trailer, put the wr in the bed of a pickup,or put both in a box truck rental.

Can you scoot the rear end of the Spyder over and have room for the WR?

Disassemble the WR and mail the pieces to yourself from yourself.

I've only been out a couple times to Heath's trails so far this year...haven't had enough time to get out and enjoy the mountain bike enough, but I'm up for some Dillon in the near future. My endurance is probably questionable, but it never stopped me before.

My bike is in pieces in a POD right now, but in July I will be able to get it out and put everything together and ride again. I've only done Alum P1 & P2, and the first six miles of Mohican before realizing I'm too out of shape to single speed it. Would love to ride Dillion. Keep me in mind come July and I'll ride with ya!

Hey, just FYI....it does not snow in Georgia in the summer. Really, it does not snow there in the winter either.

Why would you take a snowmobile?

Couple options:

1) Your trailer looks small, but you could add a rail to the front to hold the WRR, or, depending on tongue weight, add a receiver on the back of the trailer, and put your hauler there.

2) Build or buy a receiver mount for the front of the truck

3) Find a decent set of 15" tires and take my 16' utility trailer. It's just sitting here and will still be in the same spot in 4.5 months.

If you want to try options one or two, I can help you fab up whatever, and probably have all the material to build whatever

Edit, you also could procure one of these things:

Been hitting the local trails (Canalway center and Royalview) once or twice a week for the last month.
Some weekend when I have the chance I'll go to Mohican.
