Here's how I drive in traffic. I leave a huge following distance. The crazier the traffic (sudden stops, assholes, etc.) the bigger the following distance. This causes most people to assume that I MUST be going slower than traffic because there's room in front of me, so it's common for people to cut from behind me, into my following distance. But I don't care. You can rear end that guy when he slams on the brakes but I will not be. Even if you skipped the mile or two line waiting to get off the freeway, take it, I'll get there.

STILLWAGON TRIAL SET: OSU football legend Jim Stillwagon to stand trial on October on felonious assault charges. Stillwagon is accused of shooting at a motorist after a 14-mile chase in an apparent case of road rage that ended in Delaware last year.

I believe he shot at him first, gave chase, then pistol whipped him.

Ok, guys, let's shoot for Sept.13-14 for a campout at 15483 Charleston Pike, Kingston, Ohio. This is two miles north of the north entrance to Tar Hollow State Park.

We got plenty of places to throw a tent, pull in your camper, and park your trucks, trailers, whatever. Prolly got some floor space also.

We got electric, bathrooms, water.
We got two gas grills, refrigerator, ice chests.
Table, chairs, prolly some hay bales for sittin'.

Figuring on hamburgers and hot dogs in the evening, eggs and sausage in the morning.
I'll try to have plenty of tea and water, and milk and orange juice. I'll try to get the wife to make up some pasta salad and ?

Laurelville is five miles away, grocery and gas is open til 8pm. I'll check to see how extensive their beer selection is.

I've got tools, air compressor and garage space for repairs and maintenance.

We've got dirt, gravel, and twisty pavement.
Hopefully, some of you guys with good gps dirt tracks can lead some of the dirt rides. ( Luke? Mike5000? who else? )

Anyway, post up if you're coming so I can figure out supplies.
We'll get a list going.

Looking forward to seeing and riding with you guys!

P.S. In case of extreme weather, we'll shoot for a rain date of Sept.20-21

Mark

Question for the masses.Does anyone know how to figure rolling resistance for a trailer? I'm thinking of getting a enclosed trailer like 7x12,7x14 size and was trying to decide if a single axle or dual axle would pull easier. It seems to me 2 tires would provide less resistance over 4 as far as contact patch. I think 2 axles would provide a smaller footprint on said tires as they would not have as much weight flexing on the side walls etc. Someone help me understand this,my single axle 6x12 causes serious mileage drop, and it is an open trailer. I think it is from the ramp gate, causing drag, even though it is full of holes. Anyone want to offer an opinion on this? Thanks
