I just wanted to say thanks to everyone at Danville today--I had a really great time! This was a really steep learning curve for me, and I really appreciate everyone who helped pick my bike up off me everytime I went down, as well as their patience in giving me pointers to get me through in one piece.

Unfortunately I don't have too many pictures as my the mount on my helmet cam gave up right before arriving, but here's a few of what I did manage to snap:

The picture doesn't do justice to just how absurdly steep this hill was:

My bike got tired and decided to take a nap on my leg

That'd be mine. I knew nothing about the 350 and bought it on the recommendations of a few inmates. Glad I took their advice!

Looks like a great day plus you took the new guy to Peggy Sue's. There's no turning back now

Hey guys.. Hope to have a bike to do the Danville small bike rides with you guys soon. Just wondering are those public trails that you guys are riding or private property? That look great! Thanks

Its a mix of predominantly roads, some abandoned; and some public areas like MWCD lands that are not posted; and some private property that is either not posted or has ' blanket permission' issued by the owner. There is some technically illegal stuff, for example crossing the Walhonding River; but we rationalize that shit and soldier on.

Glad to hear the keyboard and screen weren't on that list.

Did 225 frozen miles today, 112 were circling Browns Stadium working a race. Good money but a miserable ride.

Awesome! Would love to get out and ride with you guys, just not sure how well I'd do with a group. My skill level off road is limited.
