Good thing there were plenty of spare tubes in the group. ![]() Erica telling Bacon about her missing case lid, it disapeared after a gas stop. ![]() Bacon and Lushbug hanging out. ![]() San Felipe ![]() ![]() ![]() On the road to Gonzaga Bay ![]() ![]() ![]() Coco's Corner ![]() ![]() Bacon ATGATT ![]() After Crashing on the way to a mission outside of the Bay of LA Bacon was handed off to Ladybug. We didn't get any pictures of the hand off because I was worried about my banged up knee. The knee is fine now. Bacon is off to Death Valley and then to the Pacific Northwet. We had a good trip togethere and I will miss the little porker.

Go Bacon....Go. He's already traveled further than me..

Bacon's 'Hog Lake' ride...
Bacon"s Bacon
Hi, Bacon here. Well, Ladybug took me for a little ride with the group. There was something on the menu I was wanting to try... ![]() But somehow I was tricked: ![]() MunchMuch... Gulp! ![]() Not bad, what was it??? Uhh, What!!?? OK, the hell with this, I'm getting outta here. ![]() Well, they took me to 'Hog Lake'. Hmm, imagine that. ![]() I guess the Dry Side isn't to bad after all.... Hey, does anyone have a fishing pole?

He's in the Pacific Northwest
As you can see Bacon is alive and well and now in the beautiful Pacific Northwest (on the dry side). I still have custody of him but will be handing him off to TimF650GS on 4/5/08 at the Desert 100 in Odessa, WA
After Alinbeaverton handed Bacon off to me we have ridden Baja, Joshua Tree, Mojave Desert, Death Valley, Virginia City, NV and back up to the NW where we went for a ride to Hog lake with local ADVriders. Bacon has been a very busy pig and ohhhhhh so very popular. Ride report and pictures coming soon, maybe later today.

We'll welcome Bacon to the WetSide of Pacific NWet with open arms. Mrs. TimF650GS has already plotted a sumptious non-pork meal for him to purge him of the indescretions foisted upon him at Rockford. Bacon needs some lovin'. More details to come and it might turn out to be a gathering.

Bacon here, with a ride report
Alinbeaverton introduced me to Ladybug in Yuma, the night before we were all leaving to head to Baja for a week of riding and fun in the sun. Ladybug managed to escape getting her picture taken with me but she did get Alinbeaverton to hold still for a photo op.
![]() I met Sunnysideup and a few of the others that I would be riding to Baja with, this adventure going into Mexico is going to be fun. ![]() During the ride I met Lushbug and we hung out on the Dakar for a while. ![]() After quality time on the Dakar with Alinbeaverton it was time for me to ride with the Bug family for a while. Friday, March 7, 2008 at a very interesting Mission called Mission San Borja, Alinbeaverton handed me over to Ladybug to continue my travels with her and the bug family (SUPERBUG and Lushbug). No pictures were taken, no one thought about it as the concern was more about Alinbeaverton’s injured knee after his get off on the way to the mission. Thank goodness he’s OK and was able to ride back to the United States.Ladybug did get a few pictures as we were riding back to Bahia Los Angeles from the Mission. It was a totally cool 21-mile dirt road that traveled through a forest a big cactus that look like soldiers lining the road. SUPERBUG is a fun bike to ride and Lushbug is fun to hang out with. ![]() I met Cee Bee and I wanted to sit on his bike, he wanted me to wear a flower behind my ear if I was going to sit on his bike. He must have thought I was a 60s flower child but what can you expect from the cake baker. ![]() ![]() What a view. L.A. Bay ![]() After a day of riding it was time for dinner and sharing a Mexican beer with my new friend Lushbug Luckily there was a restaurant just next door to the room we would be staying in. Ladybug says no drinking and riding but drinking and staggering next door was A O.K. Yummmmmm Pacificio - - - ![]() It was nice camping with Alinbeaverton at the beach but with the bug family I got to enjoy luxury accommodations, like a real bed. ![]() Time for me to get a little rest but there is more to come . . . . .

Hey, if you current left coast hosts aren't going to ride with Bacon, why don't you transport him over here to the east coast, we have a LOT of riders ready to go, and we must ride more, cuz 2 weeks and no reports is pretty sad.
