Bacon is happy

The little pig is happy for three reasons;
1) He is back on a KTM
2) He is in the safe hands of a Kiwi, and
3) He will soon be heading back to Southern Hemisphere

Jim and Cobey arriving in Keszthely (Hungary)

The official hand over

Awesome effort Jim and Cobey, they have ridden some big kilometres to meet me in Hungary.

By the way my own trip report is at http://advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=971014

Budapest to Bratislava.

Bacon certainly enjoyed his ride today. There were a few showers and as he has no wet weather gear he quickly found himself a home in the tank bag.

Unfortunately he found my red bull there!

I am not sure if he is under age for red bull?

Hmmm I don't think the SPCA would look to favourably at that!

Bacon plays tourist in Krakow (Poland)

A day off the bike for wee piggy today. He has enjoyed Krakow. He has a thing for large statues, he said it reminds him of being on a GS (don't argue with me, he said it!). Can you spot him?

He likes the way the tour operators pick up the girls, he had no luck and then said that it was because I scared them off!

And a wee upset at the end of the day, he heard that the Poles like sausage and you can guess what kind. Well he wanted to go to a genuine American restaurant and I didn't. I think he has some bad role models in the past few years

Berlin to Munster

Bacon wasn't interested in walking around Berlin yesterday and was happy to stay in the hotel room (after all he has been to Berlin before).

But he had to get on the bike this morning and was quick to jump out at Checkpoint Charlie

He slept in the tank bag and came out as we got close to Munster. He was interested in what this said, but I had no idea?

Tomorrow he is looking forward to Belgium!
