The bearded fellow on the front is Yosemite Sam, not sure of the guy on the back of the horse. Well known cartoon character of bugs bunny fame.

I reckon that will be the Lobby Dosser statue in Woodlands Road Glasgow.

There is also a statue of Buffalo Bill in Glasgow so who knows there might well be one of Sam also
