![]() I need a Rottweiler Intake, because frankly I'm tired of buying paper filters. I like to ride offroad as much as possible, and especially the dry side of Oregon where it can get very dusty. I don't need any more power per se, as this bike essentially destroys any rear tire I put on it in short order. But the ability to clean a foam filter is appealing. Pick me, and I will try my hardest to make it fail! ![]() ![]() ![]()

Our Rottweiler Intake System actually saves you money on tires, but only on the front as it will never touch the ground again...

i have been looking at these for my new '12 990R.
justy got done with a 1,400 mile loop of the grand canyon with my kid and absolutely LOVE the bike. i have a new set of carbon leo vince cans that i bought from another adv vendor (ADV Motorrad) and really could use something to open up the front side of the bike. ps- im also a poor spec ed teacher so spending $300 on the intake is out of the question now. sure would be nice to get one for free! i would be you new best friend! ![]() ![]() ![]() thanks, laramie

The simple fact that you claim that you're poor and still find a way to own an Adventure makes us very happy. You are a true die hard Adventurer. (And kudos for being a teacher)

Laramie's helped out too many of us here on the board through the years, and his profession pushes him over the edge to get my vote.
I vote for him twice because this bike of his had not one, but two pistons. Dirty
